What is “Encounter the Rock” all about?
Encounter the Rock is a 3 day event where young people encounter the God of the bible. There will be intense focus on what Jesus Christ did for them on the cross. Students will be equipped with power to rise above the trouble and drama that is so dominating in their culture. WARNING: This is a power packed event that will damage foolish thinking!
When is the retreat?
We will depart from 22215 Glynview Trail Faribault, MN Thursday, August 27th promptly at noon. Eat lunch and be on site by 11:30 A.M. We will arrive back at the same location Saturday night August 29th at 9 P.M.
Where are we going?
Birch Haven Bible camp is on Clam Lake 30 miles East of Hayward WI. We will be taking a school bus.
How much is it?
$30 per person is the cost. This covers the facility, bus ride, and meals. Fast food dinner on the ride up is ON YOUR OWN. Bring your personal supply of pop and snacks for the trip. Meals and bottled water provided. Registration forms and payment is due by Wednsday Aug 19th .
